Lacón is a Spanish cured ham shoulder with origin in Galicia,  obtained from the shoulder or front legs of the pig. The Duroc breed is the only one allowed when crossing with Iberian. Being 100% Duroc is tastier, juicier and less salty than any other pork shoulder. It is exquisite both hot and cold. 

HOW TO USE

Cold consumption: Remove from the bag 10 minutes before consumption so that the aromas are released, slice and serve.

Hot consumption: Heat in a bain-marie without opening the bag for 15 minutes. Open the bag, slice and serve.

It can be seasoned with olive oil, paprika. We recommend to serve it with boiled potatoes and confit savoy cabbage. Perfect to share up to 4 pp.
